Subject Matter Expert - Fraud prevention

We are looking for an experienced and talented Subject Matter Expert who will support the Sales team on client engagements, owning the functional and technical relationship with the customers and prospects as well as providing presales tools.

As an expert in payment and fraud, you will perform workshops with to understand customers’ needs, performing demos and addressing their requirements with our high-end technology solution. You will be managing Proof of Concepts, RPF and RFI processes, in strong collaboration with our delivery- and R&D teams. In this position, you will also engage with the Product Management team to provide feedback on the market trends in terms of payment fraud solutions.

You

• MSc in Computer Science, IT Engineer or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in banking / payment industry
• Knowledge in operational risk
• Knowledge in cyber-crime & payment fraud
• French, German and English mandatory
• High consultative skills with great communication and presentation skills
• Excellent ability to communicate and work with clients from C-level down
• Self-starter with high organizational skills, able to deliver high-quality
• Willingness to travel in the EU region in support of sales executives (50%)
