Sales Administrator

Based at our corporate headquarters in Luleå, you will support Netrounds global sales organization with various administrative tasks throughout the entire sales, order and delivery processes. 

You will ensure that customer orders, as well as requests for customer trials, are processed to ensure a smooth flow through our organization to secure a successful delivery that meets the customer’s expectations.

This position is suitable for a candidate who is service minded, structured and likes to interact globally with both customers and our internal organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming orders and ensure that correct information is provided to delivery, support and financial processes.
  • Ensure that correct information is entered and maintained in the CRM, financial systems and customer support system.
  • Generate invoices based on incoming orders and deliveries, ensuring this information is reflected correctly in financial systems, as well as updated in CRM.
  • Generate reports and dashboards in the CRM.
  • Keep track of customer trials and managing return of equipment.
  • Keep track of software maintenance and subscription contracts.
  • Handle sales related customer questions and requests.
  • Delivery of software and hardware to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Handle returns of HW (trials, rentals and warranty).
  • Maintain internal records of stock and delivered products.
  • Purchase of new stock (hardware) and other office supplies.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English as this is Netrounds official language.
  • Hands on experience with CRM, ERP systems and MS Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and provide a high level of support.
  • High School diploma (Swedish: Gymnasieexamen).
  • Approximately ten years of previous work experience.

Location of employment

  • Luleå, Sweden.

Working hours

  • Regular office hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:00.
