Global People Operations Manager

We are looking for someone to join our team to lead the management of HR data structures, policies, and operations as an HR Operations Manager. This proactive individual will thrive in an exciting, high-growth fast-paced culture. This role will develop and streamline our processes and programs to ensure we are ready to scale with our growing team. This position will report to the Head of Global People Operations and will be based in SF.

What You'll Do

  • HRIS Administration: Partner with HRIS to articulate business and functional requirements to enable a simple, scalable, automated, and flawless experience throughout the employee lifecycle. Coordinate across the HR team to map the architecture of all employment data in the current HRIS ecosystem. Organize work, tracking cases, and escalating complex problems.
  • Process Management and Continuous Optimization: Partner with Global Head of HR Operations, Business Partners and COEs utilizing process analysis and management to identify the types of work to be delivered through an HR services delivery model. Document and continuously improve full employee lifecycle HR processes and procedures, measure and lead process optimization and effectiveness through diverse strategies that may involve shared services, self-service, content curation, policy creation, etc. 
  • HR Data Management: Lead all aspects of the full employee lifecycle data management of transactions including new-hire, onboarding job changes, international transfers,  leaves and offboarding processes. Drive HR process management ensuring HR operational rigor with accurate, timely, and robust data management, process, and project management practices. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to labor law, data protection, recordkeeping and reporting.
  • HR Reporting and Audits: Conduct HR Reporting. Conduct periodic employee record audits. 
  • Vendor Management: Act as main point of contact for HR Team Purchase Orders, Vendor and Invoice inquiries - Review and track contracts and SOWs to ensure timely renewal or extension - Collaborate with partners in HR, Recruiting, and Finance to identify and resolve potential issues before arising and ensure the highest quality experience

What We're Looking For

  • 8-10 years of HR or HR operations experience.
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration or HR.
  • Attention to detail and passion for leading HR system-enabled programs. Extensive experience in process design and documentation.
  • Experience in business analysis and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced experience with Saas HR Tools (e.g.,Ultipro and Greenhouse.)
  • Proactive, creative and adaptable with strong analytical, problem-solving orientation.
  • Strong EQ and customer service orientation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
