Labster is seeking a full-time, Boston-based Implementation Specialist to join our Customer Success team! This critical customer-facing role drives implementation of Labster’s SaaS solutions to successful conclusion through engaging with education sectors including: K-12 and Higher-Education with professors, teachers, information technology and bookstores. The ideal candidate must be customer centric, energetic and motivated through solving complex problems within a SaaS environment. They will lead the workflow sessions with end-users with the ultimate goal of happy and excited students and faculty ready to learn! This position is for both Boston and Denmark locations!The department currently consists of 20 members, primarily located in Boston. The unit’s purpose is ensuring Labster’s customers achieve their desired outcomes while using the platform and its content. Subsequently, the team actively works with the following metrics: Level of effort - CES Churn risk Growth – renewal and up-sale Knowledge enablement Customer satisfaction - CSTAT Net promoter score – NPS Customer Onboarding Customer SupportKey Responsibilities: Serves as the main point of contact for customer implementations and drives the project from start to finish in a timely manner Configure and implement Labster in higher ed and K-12 schools within a timely manner Cross-functional collaboration with sales and key stakeholders within the businessQualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 1-2 years of experience with Customer Support and Implementation Previous experience working in a SaaS company preferred Salesforce experience preferred Customer Service - enjoys interacting and connecting with people and is driven to help others with a “can-do” attitude Effective Communication / Interpersonal skills Ability to multitaskBenefits: Great culture!
