Impact millions of students and drive adoption and conversionsYour first mission: Build a fully automated online user growth engine, reaching millions of students globally with Labster’s award winning immersive 3D learning experiences. This involves designing engaging user onboarding experiences, automated behavior-based nurturing campaigns, referral engines and setting up automated Intercom bots and product tours to drive adoption.In addition to driving adoption and engagement, you will be directly responsible for driving revenue growth through multiple online conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives across all our growth operations, such as inbound lead conversion, outbound campaign conversions and referral etc.Duties and responsibilities:    Propose creative new projects, from building free tools and apps that attract prospects and convert leads to testing new approaches to capturing existing demand    Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. online advertising, direct mail, out of home, affiliate) and conversion rate optimization    Collaborate with channel-specific marketing teammates (blogging, email, social media, etc.) to identify areas for growth through automated initiatives    Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results    Analyze, recommend and lead the implementation of improvement initiatives    Keep abreast with the latest trends and changes in UI/UX and digital marketing    Identify industry trends and insights to spot opportunities for growth through automationQualifications and requirements:    Previous working experience as a Digital Marketer for 5+ years    In-depth knowledge of SEO factors and key algorithm updates    Hands-on experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools                Domain expertise in UI/UX best practices    Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills    High standards of excellence and attention to detail    Plus: Experience with Intercom, Salesforce, Wordpress
