Entrepreneur in Residence

This is a unique opportunity for you to transform the Indian EdTech landscape and positively impact millions of students. Labster is looking for an outstanding Entrepreneur in Residence to lead the launch and growth of Labster’s fast-growing and award-winning mobile 3D learning app. You will develop highly effective go-to-market strategies, establish key strategic distribution partnerships, and help build a stellar team to enable rapid growth and help millions of students.Together with your team, you will work on the entire process, right from the core product idea to its successful launch with rapid user growth and adoption.Your work will lay the foundation on which the organisation will deliver scalable mobile products for years to come across multiple global markets. You'll be ensuring the commercial success of our mobile product through a B2C model, and will directly contribute to Labster's mission to help millions of students globally.Key Responsibilities:    Strategy/Market Research: Defining a clear target audience persona and build the strategy for brand positioning to reach the largest number of students     Product Promotion: Work closely with the digital marketing team on packaging the app through digital campaigns, website setup, social media and Google Ads campaigns to effectively communicate Labster’s visions and values.     Leadership: Leadership functions include building the team in India, and being a key member of the global Labster team to share cross-border insights, best practices, and feedback.     Marketing Analytics: Work with the Business & Data Analyst to set and track ambitious goals and KPIs, as well as executing the plan to achieve them.    Product Delivery: Plan and participate in the launch of new services/packages/etc. to ensure coherence between Marketing Goals and Product launches as well as briefing the relevant channels about the launches    Strategic Distribution Partnerships: Establish critical distribution channels and partnerships to accelerate growth and adoption.    Planning: Agree on timelines and deadlines for the development of new products with the mobile application development team. Set projections for investment and returns from ads.Qualifications:The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate the following skills and experience:    Outstanding entrepreneurial drive and a deep passion for building high impact businesses to help millions of students    In-depth understanding of mobile consumer users audiences and their specific needs    Experience successfully launching and/or rapidly growing consumer products    Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing, video marketing campaigns and content marketing    Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Ads    A demonstrable ability to inspire multi-disciplined product teams to deliver outstanding results    Excellent communication skills & stakeholder management to a wide range of audiences    Deep understanding of working across cultures    Experience within education technology products is a big plus, but not required    Proven track record or a strong desire to build high-performing teams and organizations    High proficiency in EnglishIf you do not meet the above criteria, but still believe that you can deliver results, please write a brief description detailing how you intend to do that. Who will you work with: You will work directly with the CEO, global mobile lead, and key board members.
