Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of a project and act as the single point of contact for a wide range of stakeholders. You will develop and direct complex project schedules and resource plans, lead the project team and conduct project meetings, align stakeholders on project scope, and analyse, manage and mitigate project risks. You will be accountable for project tracking, communication and stakeholder management. Additionally, you will share best practices, take the lead on initiatives and continuously strive for process improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a biotech, diagnostic, software development or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite
  • Experience with MS Project or similar project management tools
  • Experience in software development processes
  • Experience managing complex projects and good knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem solving and ability to think outside of the box
  • Knowledge of Design Controls, Medical Device development and/or ISO13485 processes
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PgMP etc.)
  • Fluent in English
