Sourcing Specialist (Talent Acquisition Coordinator) - Temporary

SOPHiA is looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join the Talent Acquisition team in Europe.As a Sourcing Specialist, your role is key in supporting the recruitment team on a daily basis to find the best profiles on the market and meet the group's recruitment objectives!You will :    Contribute to the elaboration of the sourcing strategy according to the researched profiles    Use social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter) to look for and connect with potential candidates    Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements    Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires    Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates    Ask for referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles    Contact past applicants for new job opportunities    Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals    Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases    Measure and report on recruiting metrics, like source of hire and time-to-fill    Participate in individual interviews of candidates with managers, as well as in the recruitment process to invite pre-selected candidates to recruitment meetings for example;    Contribute to cross-functional projects or assignments related to sourcing or recruitment profile.RequirementsProven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Sourcer or similar roleProven work experience of social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter)Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databasesGood knowledge of labor legislationExcellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge)Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneouslyGood knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Benefits    A flexible, friendly, and international working environment with a collaborative atmosphere    An exciting company mission that brings together science and technology to directly impact the lives of patients with life-threatening illnesses.    A fast-growing company with plenty of opportunity for personal growth and development    A hard technical challenge to solve with exciting modern technology - cloud computing, Big Data, DevOps, machine learningLocation: Home Office, EuropeStart: ASAP (or as agreed)Contract type: Full Time, TemporaryApplication processIf you think you fit this position, please send a CV and a cover letter.After an initial screening process, candidates will be invited for remote interviews.
