SOPHiA GENETICS is looking for an experienced Training Associate to join the Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs (QARA) team at our headquarters in St-Sulpice, Switzerland.Reporting to the Knowledge Management (KM) lead, you will be a QARA ambassador responsible for supporting, maintaining, promoting and ensuring company-wide participation and adhesion to the core training strategy. You will develop and maintain the global training matrix and ensure that all departments remain compliant with all necessary qualifications. You will be responsible for the maintenance, monitoring and continuous improvement of our Learning Management System (LMS). You will collaborate with and support other key stakeholders (e.g. training objectives encompassing Corporate onboarding and development, Commercial product-based trainings, Partner and Distributor training, Supply Chain and Logistics) and ensure all training activities are aligned with SOPHiA’s strategic goals. For success in this role you must be an excellent communicator and comfortable working in a dynamic matrix organization, administering the learning management system, and working on parallel projects with multi-national teams.Mission    You will ensure company-wide alignment to the Knowledge Management training strategy and initiatives, and work closely with key LMS users and stakeholders.    You will ensure optimal functioning, automation and compliance of the LMS, occasionally working with IT support teams to maintain interoperability and integration with core systems (MS Active Directory, Atlassian JIRA, etc.).    You will maintain the list of internal stakeholders (Knowledge Champions) in all departments and communicate regularly to ensure trainings meet KM requirements.    You will coordinate and lead regular awareness campaigns and workshops with Knowledge Champions to promote training best practices.    You will write, maintain and update KM quality documents to continuously improve the training strategy as the company grows (SOPs, manuals, templates, certificates, etc. ).    You will support stakeholders from all departments in course-completion follow-up, creating strategies and policies to ensure all learners complete their required training.RequirementsOverall    Minimum Bachelor’s degree (biology, clinical science or related field is an advantage).    Minimum 5 years experience and/or certified as a training associate /coordinator.    Strong analytical, project management & interpersonal skills.    Excellent communicator, mandatory minimum C1 level English (spoken and written).Learning Management System    Proven administrative experience with a learning management system like SAP Litmos.    Experience creating & managing training matrices & related processes.    Experience with LMS maintenance & organization, backups, audit reports, inspections & quality tests.Plus    Familiarity with training best practices, e.g. ISO 21001:2018    Familiarity with ISO 13485:2016 Medical Devices, ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security    FDA 21 CFR 11    Experience with external audits and /or conducting internal audits    Knowledge of, and experience with: MS Active Directory, Atlassian JIRA projects & workflows, Confluence.Benefits    Career opportunities in a fast-growing company with worldwide reputation    A flexible and friendly working environment with a collaborative atmosphere    Fantastic office locations in Switzerland.    An exciting company mission that brings together science and technology to directly impact the lives of patients with life threatening illness.    A fast-growing company with plenty of opportunity for personal growth and developmentStart: ASAPContract type: full-timeApplication processIf you think you fit this position, please send a CV and a cover letter.
