What you will work on and shape together with us
π Kick-ass customer experience
You are responsible to provide a professional customer experience to all out-/inbound leads expressing their interest in rready and its solution. This covers various channels such as phone, email, live chat, and LinkedIn.
π» Pipeline Planning & CRM
We count on you that you follow a disciplined approach to maintain a rolling pipeline.
You are responsible to keep the information about prospects and customers up-to-date in our CRM system.

You hand-over qualified leads to an Account Executive who will be responsible to win the account.
Support and work hand-in-hand with the Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Marketing and the Sales Leadership.

β have +1 years of full-time work experience, preferably in Sales, Marketing or Customer Success
β are motivated to pursue a career in sales and the willingness to learn from professionals
