Field Marketing Manager
We are looking for an innovative and result-oriented Field Marketing Manager to execute a wide range of marketing programs and initiatives and ultimately to generate and drive our sales pipeline.
Reporting to Eléonore, our Marketing Director, you will become a founding part of our Marketing team. Working closely with aProduct Marketing Manager, he/she will craft messages and content that you will be in charge of delivering to the right target audience! In addition you will also closely collaborate with both our SDR and our Sales Executives to synchronize outreach actions and work on Account Based Marketing initiatives.
Based on our growth and Marketing plan, you will define the Marketing Mix strategy and execute Marketing programs. To do so, all means can be considered! Innovative, out of-the-box ideas can perfectly mix with more traditional acquisition strategies.
Below are some examples of campaigns we’ve run in the past:
Handwritten postcards sent to decision-makers (written by robots of course ;) ),
industry-based events with live demo,
Virtual events with our CPO taking part in a panel discussion with industry experts,
LinkedIn paid ads to promote our Forrester New Wave ranking,
paid ad to be on the cover page of f magazine specialized in Telecom topics, etc
ANALYSE & PLAN
As a Field marketing manager you will be :
taking part in the design of our Marketing plan (Audience targeting, budget planning, channels, content and event planning, analysing and reporting of ROI).
Identifying, prioritizing and challenging the marketing needs for our Sales team, accompanying them with marketing support and content on their account territories.
Finding the right Marketing Mix to address sales pipeline targets and considering go-to-market strategies.
Creating a roadmap for your marketing campaigns at M+3, M+6 and establishing the calendar of events (both digital and physical).
You will be in charge of activating the channels you chose:
setting-up digital campaigns: design and set-up sponsored content campaigns on LinkedIn, paid ads on Google,,mailing etc.
Implementing offline campaigns: create and organize campaigns, coordinate providers
Organizing events: handle sponsorship applications, coordinate teams and booth preparation, communicate before, during and after the event, etc.
Briefing and managing freelancers and/or agencies: from content creation, web development, booth design, copywriting to graphics (etc.)
MEASURE & REPORT
Setting-up our marketing stack (mainly Hubspot) to be able to monitor campaigns results and track leads into the funnel
Monitoring our performances to extract relevant information/statistics
Discussing with the Sales team to gather relevant information and qualitative insights, drawing conclusions on generated leads
Analyzing results, metrics and reports to determine effectiveness of program actions
3 to 5 years of B2B marketing experience with at least a year doing enterprise sales - Preferably you already experienced a company going from a start-up to a scale-up
You are curious, attentive to the market with real marketing sensitivity
You switch easily from high-level objectives to operational, detail-oriented tasks
You are organized, structured and can easily implement new processes where needed
You are a doer and a hands-on: You like getting things done and are never afraid of having to do it yourself if necessary
You are a multi-tasker and a versatile person - you can switch from working on a digital campaign requiring technical knowledge to participating in industry networking events. And you like that!
