Talent acquisition & HR

Deepomatic has met its product/market fit and enters a scale-up phase, where we need to continuously hire new talents to address the various challenges of a product that grows both in terms of usage and surface and an operational team who adresses new geographies. To help us navigate this growth phase successfully while developing our culture to embrace the changes to come, we are looking for our first Talent Acquisition and HR manager.

 

As a Talent Acquisition manager, you will be responsible for sourcing talents of all departments. You will typically work on:

- helping teams to define their needs and to publish job posts,

- finding the right talent sourcing channels to maintain a strong diversity in our team,

- screen and attract talents,

- improving Deepomatic's employer brand with original ideas, 

- improving both the hiring and onboarding process.

 

On the HR side, your mission will be to keep infusing Deepomatic's values into our work environment to foster personal growth and equality of chances. You will develop existing policies like compensation grids and remote work policies to prepare Deepomatic for its upcoming growth phase. 

 

Within 1 month, you will:

  • Take your mark and complete your 1o1s with everyone, which will give you a first snapshot of the company
  • Establish a roadmap of the priorities to settle before starting the growth phase
  • Learn everything there is to know about the business and the technology behind it, and learn how to pitch it

Within 3 months, you will:

  • Successfully accomplish the first steps of your roadmap
  • Pitch your first candidates as a warm-up phase
  • Prioritize and prepare the job openings to come

Within 6 months, you will:

  • Sourcing and hiring candidates (~30 hires to do, 50% of them for technical positions)

Within 1 year, you will:

  • Mentor new team members
  • Help opening new offices abroad
  • Help setting objectives for the team

 

Benefices

  • Salary: between 50K€ and 65K€
  • At least 2 days of remote work per week
  • BSPCE (Stock options)

Job requirements

  • 3+ years of talent acquisition experience in a start-up / scale-up environment 
  • Good knowledge of the tech environment
  • Good knowledge of the main sourcing channels
  • Good listening skills, people oriented
  • Excellent human qualities and a love for teamwork
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English
