The role

As the Country Marketing Manager for Italy you have full ownership of the Italian marketing function. You will own new business lead generation for the Italian market and will work closely together with the Sales team. 

You Will 

  • Deliver high-impact marketing that leads to outcomes such as free account sign ups and funnel conversions to sales
  • Own marketing for the local market, develop skills to analyse best practice and most effective activities. 
  • Exercise strong project management skills to coordinate and implement a broad range of marketing campaigns and communication projects
  • Work with central marketing team to deliver marketing & digital communications including management of the local website, ensuring regular fresh and compelling content is published
  • Provide a broad range of communications and marketing support to the organisation, including but not limited to online marketing, sales collateral, events, corporate communication and external media alerts
  • Leverage content generated in other areas of the business, as well as generate local content

Essential Functions - Responsibilities:

  • Daily inbound lead generation
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external resources to ensure lead generation and free account sign up activities are highly effective and followed up by sales to deliver units against a set target.
  • Ensure you are seen as an extension of the Product and sales teams. Add value through lead gen, facilitating efficient outbound calling and providing useful sales tools
  • Weekly and monthly reporting and administrative processing
  • Monitor salesforce.com (SFDC) report on the Go to market funnel. Weekly updates on key KPI’s
  • Provide project management and support for marketing campaign development and communications activities; working both independently and collaboratively on the development of marketing projects.
  • Identify key goal, objective, or outcome of the marketing activity and work to ensure that the marketing project delivers on these targets
  • Deliver all marketing activities within the assigned marketing budget for the chosen markets
  • Assist in identifying audience and appropriate media for marketing objectives
  • Coordinate (and create where appropriate) exciting content
  • Track and monitor project progress of assigned marketing projects
  • Manage customer case studies and testimonials

Minimum Requirements

  •   Fluent English and Italian (Native Speaker) 
  •   Marketing degree or similar qualification
  •   5 years experience in a lead generation marketing environment
  •   Ability to work in a fast paced company with clear sales targets
  •   Demonstrate ability to work with Sales Teams and leaders
  •   Proficient in using CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation
