R&D Engineer – Lead the Technology Integration

As we move forward in one of our main projects, in the field of Next Generation Farming, we are currently looking for a R&D Engineer to boost our R&D team in our new brand offices in Ecublens – Lausanne Area.
YOUR MISSION
- Work on a revolutionary product mixing Material Science, Chemistry, Biology and Electronic Engineering
- Research and evaluate the newest technologies for integration into our products
- Develop your ideas with your team and evolve them into functional prototypes
- 3D CAD Mechanical design of parts and structural components
- Test your ideas hands-on
- Coordinate prototype manufacturing (internal & external)
- Conduct testing and evaluation of prototypes
YOUR PROFILE
- Master’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
- 3+ years of professional experience, including technology integration
- New technologies Enthusiast or/and experience with Technology scouting
- Creative and out of the box thinking is a must! We love people with ideas and the will to make them reality
- Engineering skills in mechanical and and/or automation
- Solid experience with CAD softwares such as SolidWorks
- Fluent English, any other language is a plus
- Motivated, team spirit and proactive mindset
