What you’ll do:

The Senior Technical Product Manager will focus on taking over key aspects of the development of our Fabric product. This will include setting roadmap priorities, managing sprints, and working with both customers and the technical teams to find the right solution to problems.

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the full suite of the Unsupervised Platform
  • Define functional requirements, develop detailed product specifications and associated product plans for our metadata management product and other technical interfaces
  • Partner with engineering and AI teams to define, plan, and execute a roadmap that shapes the future of our metadata management product and interfacing with data
  • Support the Unsupervised data science and customer success teams on customer needs and challenges
  • Mentor sales and customer success team members on existing and new capabilities
  • Effectively and proactively communicate with customers and build a trusted advisor relationship
  • Partner with product marketing to further position and advance our foothold in the market
  • Manage a technical product manager with additional headcount in the near horizon to build your team out

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 3-7 years of experience in a technical product management role
  • 2-3 years of experience working on technical, complex, and ambiguous products
  • Candidate must have experience working with data, analyzing data, and ideally has experience in metadata management or business intelligence tools
  • A technical background in data engineering, data science, databases, API development, or data analysis
  • Have worked with or on data pipelines, data analysis tools, business intelligence tools, or databases
  • A willingness to empathize deeply with our customers and advocate for their needs
  • A sharp analytical mind with the ability to make decisions from small or ambiguous datasets
  • A bias towards action and an eagerness to take ownership
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High energy, ambition, and willingness to jump into ambiguous problems to create clarity
  • Have managed product managers with a player/coach mentality and subscribe to a servant-leadership management style

 

Compensation Range:  Approximately $135,000-$170,000, plus equity
