Sales Director - Mexico
You Will Do:
We seek an exceptional Sales Director with an unstinting passion for digital innovation and culture; who understands the nuance of what our customers need from us to deliver world-class results for their organization leveraging the MATRIXX Digital Commerce platform in the ever-changing digital environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in selling BSS to telco operators
- Sell to many of the premier named accounts in the Mexico and Central America region.
- Represent and articulate the MATRIXX solution to prospects and customers at both a technical (CTO/CIO) and business (CEO/CDO/CMO) level
- Plan and execute expansion strategy to C-Level executives, selling MATRIXX’s solutions either directly or working alongside our SI partners.
- You will do consistent forecasting and pipeline management within the region.
You Will Bring:
- 12+ years’ Telecommunications sales experience, working or selling to Telco/CSP operators with a track record of strong relationship-building and ability to influence
- Extensive account experience with BSS including CRM, self-care, order management, charging, billing, analytics - to present our unique digital customer experience proposition
- Fluency in English language; must have strong proficiency in speaking, reading, writing and comprehending
- A proven successful track record of complex solutions and managing large bids/projects
- Excellent time-management and prioritizing skills
- A highly team-oriented, collaborative and flexible mindset
- BS or MS in Computer Science or related subject area
- The ability to travel (10 – 30%) when safe to do so
