We recently closed our $26M Series A funding and are looking to hire motivated individuals to bring our legal department to the next level and support our international expansion 🚀

With our AI platform, we can offer our clients a broad range of products and services. We’re looking for a Commercial lawyer for all internal and external legal questions. In this position, you will be an integral part of the sales process and discussions with clients about commercial and legal topics as well as a sparring partner for the management.

Tasks

  • Take responsibility for legal commercial discussions with prospects and customers
  • Take ownership of all internal and external contractual documents
  • Implement a contract management system and help to bring the legal department to the next level
  • Support in compliance projects addressing topics such as ISO certification and other legal projects
  • Provide specialist advice on matters of local law across the region

Requirements

  • A European law degree with 3-5 years of experience (in a similar position, a law firm or a multinational company’s corporate legal department)
  • Experienced in drafting and negotiating large B2B contracts
  • SAAS experience is a big plus
  • Experience with Data Protection Legislation is a plus
  • Strong communication skills to interact with business contacts of all levels
  • Ability to manage negotiations and demands of business contacts
  • A can-do attitude and engaging personality
  • Professional working proficiency in German and English, other languages are a plus
