Customer Success Intern

Your role

We’re looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Customer Success Intern, who will participate in the successful development of our existing customers from their onboarding onwards.

Responsibilities:

  • You’re in charge of supporting the customer success team in their daily missions, taking care of the entire customer lifecycle from the onboarding onwards
  • You’re in charge of setting up customer accounts and supporting in the onboarding of new customers and users on PriceHubble solutions

Requirements

  • End of studies internship, with a keen interest to continue the journey as a Customer Success Manager
  • You enjoy picking up the phone, writing e-mails, carrying out video chats or holding personal meetings in order to inspire your customers with your committed communication and attitude
  • You have a great command of French and English (spoken and written)
  • You thrive in a startup environment, and are a team player
  • You have a keen interest in real estate, the software world and new technologies (AI, Big Data…)
