Account Executive (Sales Superstar) *English-Speaking*
We are looking for a hungry sales-enthusiast who wants to be part of something big. By joining our fast-growing startup you will deliver immense value by driving the cultural transformation and innovation for medium to corporate sized businesses.
You will be responsible for driving sales opportunities with prospective customers by being their expert in realizing the benefits of employee-driven innovation, and running the sales process end to end with them.
What you will work on and shape together with us
π Generating new business opportunities
We want to grow. As a key member of our team, you ensure that more companies give their employees the chance to unleash their full potential with rready. You are responsible to generate new business opportunities through your network, cold emailing/ calling campaigns, partners, inbound leads, and existing customers for your area. You own the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
π’ Spread the word
You will be an active ambassador of rready being it online or offline. You will pitch our vision and products to SMEs and corporations online and onsite.
You help to educate customers on the value of rready throughout their adoption cycle.
You will attend conferences, networking events, and thinktanks to network with relevant stakeholders (mostly in corporate innovation, HR, and C-Level).
π» Pipeline Planning & CRM
We count on you that you follow a disciplined approach to maintain a rolling pipeline.
You are responsible to keep the information about prospects and customers up-to-date in our CRM system.

Responsible for achieving a monthly unit quota in data, phone, and video sales.

Serve as the voice of your prospects and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including the product.
Collaborate with other members of the sales team (SDR, AE, Customer Success managers, Marketing, leadership).

β have at least 2-3 years of experience in direct b2b sales (quota carrying), highly relevant to business development activities of rready
β are a quota crusher! We value university degrees, but much more important is a self-starter mentality combined with street smartness
β have excellent communication and relationship building skills
β have a interest or even experience in corporate innovation
β are confident and ambitious
β are fluent in English and German, other languages are a plus
β have a startup mindset or even already worked in a startup
