The Opportunity
 
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Marketing Communications leader to scale our marketing communications organization and establish ANYbotics as the prime go-to partner for autonomous industrial inspection in our target markets. In this role, you will take over the overall responsibility of all MarCom activities, define both mid-term as well as tactical communications roadmaps, establish execution processes and hire and develop talents to deliver outstanding results with your team. Thanks to your strategic vision and analytical mindset, and by guiding and leveraging the full creative capacity of your team, you will fundamentally shape our way of approaching our customers and have full responsibility for crafting, steering the implementation and measuring the results of our marketing communications strategy.
 
You will work in a fast-growing team of engaged and dedicated team members, become part of the commercial management team and report directly to our Chief Commercial Officer.
 
The Market & Our Technology
 
ANYbotics transforms the industrial sector by introducing robotics to a wide range of novel applications that so far were beyond reach (see our case studies in Mining,  Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Railways, Wind Energy, Construction). Our end customers are large asset operators and service providers of industrial plants pioneering the use of robotics technology for inspection and maintenance. Our solution enables autonomous routine inspections and monitoring of large scale industrial facilities for increased safety and productivity. We develop numerous customized hardware systems, including the entire robotic platform, actuators, sensors, inspection payloads, charging systems, as well as all software to enable world-class mobility, autonomy and AI driven inspection insights. We have proven the technology and the business impact to our customers in long-term pilot projects and are scaling-up sales of our commercial solution.
 

Your contributions

    • Responsible to shape our marketing communications strategy in alignment with our company targets, and define department OKRs, activities and KPIs for successful awareness campaigns and lead generation in our target industries
    • Build a content development factory that delivers continuous high-quality stories across all of our marketing channels
    • Shape the MarCom roadmap and drive its execution  in close collaboration with other marketing and sales functions, product management, as well as hard- and software development teams
    • Oversee the analysis of key traction channels, drive the digital and social media strategy and core campaigns and shape our presence at conferences, trade shows, webinars and events
    • Manage budget and internal and external resource requirements
    • Hire, manage, develop and retain amazing talent and grow the team 

Your profile

    • University degree or advanced studies in Marketing Communications or related disciplines
    • Proven high-performance track record in building and leading a marketing communications team in the field of complex high-tech industrial products, solutions and services
    • Deep understanding of state-of-the-art marketing activities including content and performance marketing, marketing automation, SEO/SEM, digital marketing and social media
    • Experience in building, leading, and working with agile teams and in managing and coordination a broad set of agency and contractual specialist partners
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, ideally also in German
    • Creative mind with a view for quality and attention to detail
    • High proactiveness, persistence and fast learning ability to understand disruptive high-tech products and their related processes quickly
    • Team player, dedicated to people development and leadership
