Sales Administrator (Part Time)

We are searching for a driven and goals-oriented Sales Administrator with strong communication and support skills using customer analysis tools like This SA position is a critical member of the Tibit sales team, responsible for the interface between our sales team, our customers, and Tibit finance & operations. In this pivotal role, you will be a key liaison between Tibit departments and our global customer base. The position is currently a part-time (50%) commitment; it requires consistent and reliable internet and phone connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Tibit sales and forecast tracking of our global operations
  • Support order management and fulfillment for our global customer base.
  • Proactively coordinate with sales team and Tibit’s global customers.
  • Create, manage, and produce sales/orders analytics reports
  • Generate, prepare, and present Tibit Communications price proposals

Key Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge:

  • Experience using is strong input (potential for on-job training for candidates who can demonstrate ability to learn new online tools)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years prior experience sales administration and/or finance support
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptable, proactive, and willing to take ownership
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • High-integrity, honest, open, communicative, team player, self-driven and self-motivated
  • Most of all – great attitude, customer orientation, and a desire to make a difference
