Partner Alliances Manager

As a Partner Alliances Manager, you will be responsible for accelerating our go-to-market motion by generating sales through partners. Within partnerships, you will prospect, establish, educate, nurture, and manage relationships that drive tangible business value for Beekeeper. This is a key role in our plans for growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Your primary focus is to manage the day to day tactical sales relationships for our core strategic partners, like UKG, ADP, and more.
  • Identify, recruit and nurture channel partnerships such as SI’s, HCM’s and more to drive Beekeeper pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute a regional partner success plan with both short and long term goals and metrics to drive mutual business value and support the company’s overall expectations for the partnership.
  • Establish and orchestrate co-selling programs between Beekeeper and channel partner’s sales teams.
  • Build and leverage trusted partner relationships within partner organizations through face-to-face interactions, regular communications, QBR sessions, partner meetings, and co-marketing activities.
  • Continual education of partners so they know when to bring Beekeeper to their clients' attention for added value to their technologies.
  • Ability to prioritize initiatives effectively, with minimal oversight and tight deadlines.
  • Meet and exceed pipeline and revenue from your portfolio of channel partners.
  • Create exceptional relationships with your internal partners and peers to quickly become one of their favorite people to work with.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of overall work experience in business development, partnerships, tech sales 
  • 3+ years in a partnerships or alliances role
  • Great track record of sourcing, developing, and maintaining partner relationships (ideally in HR, SaaS, Tech)
  • Team player with experience working on or with a direct sales team in a collaborative environment.
  • You have a history of meeting or exceeding revenue goals throughout your career.
  • Solid mix of sales acumen, technical competency, relationship building.
  • Deep curiosity around how technologies work and how our joint solutions create value.

Bonus Points

  • Experience at high-growth HR, SaaS or technology company
  • Previous direct sales experience at Enterprise SaaS company 
  • 1.5+ years experience working with SI’s and resellers
  • Experience building Marketplace or partner ecosystems
  • Experience with UKG, ADP, Ceridian, or Sap Success Factors is a plus
  • Able to speak Spanish
