International sales manager

Ecorobotix offers precise, reliable and affordable robotic solutions, which make farmers’ lives easier in producing healthy food.

We develop, manufacture and commercialise innovating, energy-saving farming machines, which allow both the ecological impact of modern farming and its costs to be reduced.

We thus contribute to the emergence of farming which respects the environment, focused on preserving soils and hydrological resources, by using a minimal amount of energy.

 

The International Sales Manager reports directly to our Chief Business Officer. He/she will be responsible for achieving sales targets in the defined European countries. The main work will consist in the management of the existing customer portfolio, the Area Sales Manager team, as well new customers' identification (retailers or distributors) in all relevant European countries.

 

Responsibilities

· Communicate with and visit customers and clients in order to get orders and achieve sales targets.

· Animate and support ecoRobotix reseller network.

· Manage ecoRobotix Area Sales Managers

· Propose partners' network improvement.

· Actively participate to ecoRobotix European’s sales and marketing strategies, including pricing and product management.

· Solve any commercial issue.

· Elaborate commercial actions.

· Manage order process, sales pipeline, and previsions.

· Estimate solvability of customers, transmit price lists and conditions, and propose price list improvement.

· Stimulate and participate to area's fairs and customers demos.

· Generate content for local PR agency.

· Contact and follow up relevant authorities.

 

Qualifications

· Master’s degree in Sales and/or Agronomic, or related field.

· Excellent knowledge of French and English (spoken and written). German is a plus.

 

Experiences

· 5+ years of experience, with proven track record, in sales management of hardware devices and/or software services.

· Experience in AgTech or Chemical distribution.

· Willing to travel in Europe.
