Fraud Fighter in the Business Analyst team

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic company, working on a very innovative anti-fraud solution and on a global mission. You are an excellent communicator and can work with great autonomy as well as with cross-functional teams, then we would love to hear from you.

In this transversal role, you will build the business bridge between our customers and our solution. You will support and advise customers during the scoping validation meetings, perform requirements analysis to understand and design the solution on our platform, deliver training to business users, be the business point of contact during the project, write and update functional documentations. You will also draft test cases and ensure the solution designed meets the requirements through Quality Assurance.

You will be the fraud/AML expert and will have the chance to also work with the Sales & Marketing department and with key stakeholders. You will Collect, analyze, and maintain fraud cases from customers for internal and external usage. You will assist and advise the sales team during RFI/RFP processes and presales meetings. Your profile

  • A bachelor/master’s degree in either Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Regulatory Compliance, or Economics or another business field of study.
  • At least 4 years’ experience in IT projects delivery within financial institution or in a Consulting Firm.
  • Strong interest in technology and financial institutions.
  • Strong advisory capabilities and ability to drive clients' expectations in alignment with AI technologies, product capabilities and benefits.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate well; establish strong working relationships and be a team player.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
  • Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin) a strong asset, any other regional language a plus.
