The Customer Success organization at Unsupervised is the central touchpoint for our customers, orchestrating the post-sales customer lifecycle in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Data Science. The team manages the customer relationship, coordinates internally within Unsupervised, drives product adoption and guides the customer to take full advantage of our ecosystem. Fundamentally, Customer Success Managers ensure customers derive value from our platform and that our platform is fueled by our customers’ feedback. 

We are looking for a CSM who is passionate about building best practices within Unsupervised and drives to facilitate customers in the product.  As a CSM, you will have the opportunity to help customers solve their toughest data problems and use data-driven insights to fuel their actions.   • You have proven capacity to develop relationships and optimize customer accounts, you understand what it means to evangelize your product and work as a liason between your team and your customers. 
  • You have strong business acumen and admiration for analytics and KPIs
  • You have the aptitude for digesting and effectively communicating statistical anomalies and metrics to those unfamiliar with them. 

Required Experience

  • 3+ years of account management, customer success or sales experience
  • Experience unblocking relationships and turning detractors into advocates
  • Experience managing customers across is the SAAS industry
  • Proven track record of driving results for your customers and your company
  • Effective communicator in stressful situations
  • Self-motivated, empathetic to customer needs and improving customer relationships

 

Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, this is a 6 month full-time assignment based on a 40 hour work week. Compensation range equivalent to $83K - $123K annual salary
