The Opportunity
 
ANYbotics shapes the global ecosystem of autonomous robotic inspection solutions. To support our commercial scaling, we are looking for a strategic yet hands-on and enthusiastic mind to drive our ambitious roadmap of global sales partnerships and strategic alliances (including Accenture, Cognite, Schneider Electric and others). In this role, you will define our overall partnership strategy and framework, drive new sales opportunities, develop multi-facette alliance frame agreements and build our global network of local resellers and regional to global strategic partners. You will build a team of alliance and channel managers and lead the scaling of our partnership network on a global scale. In this role, you will work in a fast-growing team of engaged and dedicated colleagues and report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.
 
The Market & Our Technology
 
ANYbotics transforms the industrial sector by introducing robotics to a wide range of novel applications that so far were beyond reach (see our case studies in ChemicalsOil & GasRailwaysWind EnergyConstruction). Our customers are large asset operators and service providers of industrial plants pioneering the use of robotics technology for inspection and maintenance. Our solution enables autonomous routine inspections and monitoring of large-scale industrial facilities for increased safety and productivity. We develop numerous customized hardware systems, including the entire robotic platform, actuators, sensors, inspection payloads, charging systems, as well as all software to enable world-class mobility, autonomy and AI driven inspection insights. We have proven the technology and the business impact to our customers in long-term pilot projects and are scaling up sales of our commercial solution.

Your contributions

    • Shape and drive execution of our global ecosystem strategy for sales partnerships and strategic alliances
    • Contribute to our overarching go-to-market strategy
    • Create partnership frame agreements and lead negotiations with new and existing partners
    • Analyze and identify new market trends and sales opportunities
    • Lead the alliance team, hire and retain talents, and ensure personnel coaching and development
    • Take ownership for the B2B market development and sales growth through onboarding and training of our sales partners
    • Manage partner network with regular strategy alignments and pipeline reviews to achieve sales targets
    • Maintain close cooperation with the direct sales team to translate customer needs and applications from tenders and RFPs into technical-commercial proposals
    • Showcase and promote our disruptive technology at conferences, trade fairs, webinars, and events together with our strategic partners

Your profile

    • UniversityMaster’s degree in engineering, marketing, business or related field
    • Proven track record in field of strategy development and execution in complex high-tech industrial environment - top tier consulting experience is a plus
    • Experienced in dealing with strategic partnerships and resellers in different geographies/cultures and industries on all management levels
    • Entrepreneurial mindset and experience in building and leading high-growth teams, including recruiting, mentoring and performance management
    • Proficient knowledge in working with state of the art CRMs
    • Strong negotiation skills and creativity in customer interactions
    • High proactiveness, persistence, and drive to achieve excellent outcomes
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
