Senior Marketing Manager

In this role, Labster’s Marketing Circle is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to successfully develop a strategic and innovative marketing campaign strategy with a focus on strengthening the full-funnel awareness, generating qualified leads, and accelerating sales pipeline across segments. We are looking for candidates not afraid to roll up their sleeves and drive strategy development and end-to-end execution of key marketing programs. What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and implement creative campaign ideas and best practices to ensure campaigns are consistently and effectively positioned across all markets.

  • Invest in understanding Labster’s marketing / sales funnel with specific focus on where campaigns and marketing programs can be most impactful and effective.

  • Manage and build email, campaign landing pages and templates utilizing Marketo, prepare and adjust content and call-to-actions and optimize campaigns toward maximized ROI, engagement and qualified lead generation.

  • Evangelize marketing campaign strategy and insights throughout the organization.

  • Oversee the development of various cross-functional marketing program initiatives to engage and educate prospects.

  • Oversee a campaign calendar that includes all communications, channels, content, timing and ownership across functional teams and markets.

  • Work with external agencies and partners to identify and amplify opportunities to promote Labster.

  • Measure and optimize efforts. Test and Learn methodology.

If you’ve got these skills, we’d love to hear from you

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing, running multi-channel and multi-segment campaigns, with a focus on demand generation.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and marketing operations platforms, including creating campaigns, lead management and reporting in Salesforce, as well as setting up marketing programs and nurture streams in Marketo.

  • Experience with a start-up or scale-up tech or SaaS company

  • Highly collaborative, and also comfortable working autonomously and with a considerable degree of ambiguity

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent leadership and organization skills

  • Experience with tracking, collecting, analyzing and reporting data

  • Strong prioritization, organization and project management skills
