Sales Operation Manager, CH, UK

We are actively seeking a Sales Operation Manager based in Lausanne, Switzerland or Reading/Northampton, UK.

 

Responsibility

 

  • Proactively identify and provide clear recommendations on ways to improve operational decisions and processes in the Sales and Business Development organization
  • Manage and optimize Salesforce for Kandou needs including ongoing training and reporting
  • Support customer order management activities from order fulfilment through RMAs with collaboration with Planning, Field and Corp Apps, Sales, Engineering and Operations
  • Follow up on web requests
  • Monthly, quarterly, annual budget prep, coordination and review
  • Management of sample shipments and collateral distribution to customers
  • Organize and facilitate Demand Review as part of S&OP process
  • Coordinate annual budget process for the Field organization
  • Support revenue sensitivity analysis in coordination with Finance and Product Marketing
  • Support managing Product Life Cycle activities and communications.
  • Support direct customer marketing through various channels in coordination with Product Marketing
  • General coordination of customer related activities across geographies and internally across the organization

 

Skills

 

  • Experience with complex data analytics, primarily with Excel.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools including optimizing and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and communications skills
  • Ability to work independently and with vision for the position

 

Experience

 

  • 5+  years of business operations or related work experience, preferably in the semiconductor market
  • 1+ years of experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (Director and above)
  • 3+ years of experience working across multiple functions within the organization e.g., Sales, Finance, Operations, Engineering, Applications Engineering, etc.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a global environment and with colleagues in multiple geographies

 

Education

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Marketing or related field
