Accounts Receivable Assistant (Fixed term contract until end of December 2022)

Be part of our mission to disrupt the healthcare and democratize the data driven medicine! SOPHiA is looking for an Accounts Receivable Assistant, to join the team in St-Sulpice (CH) or in Bidart (FR)

Your Main Tasks Will Be:

• Timely and accurate generation and issuance of customer invoices and credit notes
• Reconcile cash collections between bank and company accounts
• Handling and responding to customer inquiries for account statements, invoices and credit notes
• Support the monthly and quarterly close process including account reconciliations and account review
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
• Perform other related finance duties as assigned, including strategic projects.

• Education or experience in accounting strongly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and the ability to work with limited supervision
• Strong work ethic and unquestionable integrity
