Accounts Payable Assistant (Fixed Term Contract: 1st September to 30th November)

Be part of our mission to disrupt the healthcare and democratize the data driven medicine! SOPHiA is looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant, to join the team in St-Sulpice OR in Bidart.

Your Main Tasks Will Be

  • Create vendors in the ERP system after collection of the appropriate supporting documentation and approval
  • Collect approval and book supplier invoices in the ERP system
  • Communicate with external vendors and SOPHiA GENETICS employees regarding invoices
  • Participate in the preparation of the weekly payment
  • Review employee expenses submission
  • Support the bank booking process

Requirements

  • Education or experience in accounting strongly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and the ability to work with limited supervision
  • Strong work ethic and unquestionable integrity
