At Cognism we run a demand generation first approach to marketing, we own a revenue number, and we are looking for people to join our team who are excited about this philosophy as well.

Key responsibilities

  • Working closely with the demand generation manager to effectively manage marketing campaigns from that initial idea creation, through to delivering on time-scale and to budget.
  • Crafting engaging, compelling and optimised copy for website, blog, resources and webinars.
  • Collecting and using data to inform new campaigns and evaluating existing campaigns.
  • Developing and executing targeted nurture campaigns focused on increasing lead readiness and conversion.
  • Gathering feedback from customer calls, key stakeholders in our target industries and the wider Congism teams to ensure we are providing our audience with value led, memorable experiences.
  • A demand generation evangelist. You are 100% bought into the demand generation mindset and will act as an evangelist for this within the marketing team.
  • Being a content creator. Taking all content formats and turning them into content that will truly engage our audience where they are spending their time.

Requirements

Key requirements

  • A self starter who thrives in a fast paced environment, ready to bring new ideas to the table.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to run multiple campaigns in tandem, from concept to delivery.
  • Comfortable in using / learning tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Pardot and Google Analytics.
  • An analytical mindset - comfortable in working with numbers and data, setting performance metrics and tracking them.
