The Opportunity
 
We are looking for an enthusiastic, strategic, and hands-on Sales Development Representative Manager to join our growing commercial organization and drive our ambitious lead generation activities around the globe. In this role, you get the opportunity to shape the way we do outreach at ANYbotics. You will define and execute the strategy in conjunction with our Marketing and Sales teams and start building the SDR organization. You will create and leverage creative marketing and sales tactics to prospect and engage with various personas at our target customers. You will be responsible for generating qualified meetings and a strong pipeline for ANYbotics’ Sales organization. You will work in a fast-growing team of engaged and dedicated colleagues.
 
The Market & Our Technology
 
ANYbotics transforms the industrial sector by introducing robotics to a wide range of novel applications that so far were beyond reach (see our case studies in Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Railways, Wind Energy, Construction). Our customers are large asset operators and service providers of industrial plants pioneering the use of robotics technology for inspection and maintenance. Our solution enables autonomous routine inspections and monitoring of large-scale industrial facilities for increased safety and productivity. We develop numerous customized hardware systems, including the entire robotic platform, actuators, sensors, inspection payloads, charging systems, as well as all software to enable world-class mobility, autonomy and AI driven inspection insights. We have proven the technology and the business impact to our customers in long-term pilot projects and are scaling up sales of our commercial solution.

Your contributions

    • Define and execute our overarching sales development strategy and activity metrics
    • Own the lead generation engine through active search of potential customers that fit our ideal customer profile in our target industries
    • Define and execute outbound sequences, incl. email, calls, video messaging, LinkedIn, and prospecting platforms
    • Create a fantastic first impression with prospects through daily interaction to understand their needs, motivations, and challenges
    • Qualification of inbound and outbound leads (MQLs), incl. high-quality documentation in HubSpot
    • Develop account development plans for qualified leads with subsequent handover and close collaboration with Sales to achieve business targets
    • Define and roll out relevant tech stack for outreach activities
    • Shape and continuously improve our SDR processes
    • Define onboarding and management processes for future new hires to kick start their career and as a second step, start building a team of SDRs to grow our outreach activities

Your profile

    • Proven track record in SDR role, preferably in complex high-tech industrial solutions (ideally with software-enabled hardware) and in using various outreach tools and CRM (HubSpot is a plus)
    • Creativity, high motivation and growth mindset
    • High communication skills, fast learner and able to understand disruptive high-tech products and their related processes quickly
    • Passion to approach and convert cold leads
    • Urgent curiosity about customer challenges, determination, and creative problem solving
    • Driven to meet/exceed goals with a proven history of consistent high achievement
    • Methodological and reliable work ethic
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
