Sales Development Representative, DACH
Kickstart a successful career as a sales professional and join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). As an SDR at Avrios you will educate, answer questions, send resources and connect with as many leads as possible to determine who will be out next customer.

As an SDR you engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and identify new opportunities. At Avrios, you will develop a full understanding of the SaaS sales process, as you:
Qualify leads and identify their needs through prospecting calls and emails.
Drive prospective customers to try our “freemium” product
Articulate and educate prospective customers on the value that Avrios can provide.
Work alongside seasoned Account Executives to build relationships and schedule demos
Become a Salesforce pro by maintaining accurate information on prospects and all interaction activities.
Work closely with the marketing team to increase the awareness of Avrios and to both evolve and improve the lead qualification process
A day in the life of a SDR:
Start the day with a coffee and take a look daily and weekly sales goals with the team. The first prospecting call of the day is here, time to pick up the phone and help understand the potential customer's needs. They are a good fit for Avrios, great! You encourage them try our free product and hand them over to your Account Executive. First successful call of the day. The day continues with several prospecting calls and follow-ups from yesterday. There are still a few email responses from prospects dripping into your inbox, so you work through these as you go. In the evening, before you call it a day, you guessed it - you make one more phone call.
Your profile
Curios and tech savvy. You are quickly able to learn about any product and industry.
You have Strong organization and time management skills.
Resilient and determined. SDRs hear “no” more than the average human. You are good at “shaking-it-off” and pushing forward.
Great listening and conversational skills. You know how to make people comfortable so that they provide you with more information.
Native level German, written and spoken
Business level English, written and spoken
The ideal candidate for this job is:
Extremely driven to succeed and comfortable with a high degree of responsibility and ownership
Eager to continuously improve their skills and prefers “learning by doing”
Interested in and knowledgeable of software, technology, and mobility
An empathetic team player with a positive working attitude
Previous job experience in a similar position or internships a PLUS but not required
Feel comfortable working with weekly targets and with the phone as the main sales tool
