Commercial Marketing Manager (Life Sciences/Health Tech)

We are looking for a creative and strategic Commercial Marketing Manager to join our team! Reporting into our Director of Scientific and Product Communication, they will work closely with teams across the organization to develop innovative marketing plans, drive commercial lead generation, and communicate the benefits of the SOPHiA DDM™ Platform in supporting multimodal data-driven medicine.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and drive the execution of commercial marketing campaigns on multimodal and real-world data solutions to drive lead generation, product / brand awareness, and ultimately revenue.
  • Work closely with Product Management, Sales, and Scientific Communication team members to develop on-line and off-line content.
  • Build, maintain, and analyze digital advertising campaigns to ensure the content is reaching the right audiences within budget and on time.
  • Track key KPIs to measure ROI of commercial marketing campaigns by creating performance dashboards with user engagement metrics across channels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and outside vendors to support marketing efforts (e.g., web developers, graphic designers and communication agencies)
  • Regularly align with other communication functions across the company, including internal communications and external media relations.
  • Stay current with the health-tech SaaS market landscape

Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience as Product Communication or Marketing Communication Manager within a Health-tech/Pharma/MedTech company
  • Life sciences degree (BS, MS in Life Sciences)
  • Previous working experience in cloud computing, Big Data, DevOps, machine learning and RWD data sets will be a plus

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of managing integrated demand gen marketing campaigns using multi-channel tactics that include printed materials, live events, webinars, digital advertising, and email.
  • Extensive knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation tools (Pardot and MailChimp preferred), Google Analytics, Google Ads, CMS platforms (especially WordPress), Microsoft Office Suite, and project management platform, as Wrike.
  • Strong business acumen
  • Flexible, able to adapt to changes
  • Capable to manage multiple assignments with competing priorities
  • Strong knowledge of and experience in project management
  • Strong oral/written communication and interpersonal skills

Location: Boston, MA. Office-based/HYBRID 3/5 days- Preference to US East Coast candidates.
