About the role

As our new IT Operations Admin, you will be joining the internal SaaS Operations team in their mission to provide the technology, direction and solutions to create a great IT environment and enable everyone at Beekeeper to do the best work ever. We take IT and SaaS and continuous improvement as a key enabler for our cloud native company.

You will work closely with the IT Operations leadership and security team at Beekeeper to deliver effective and efficient IT business solutions for a modern global SaaS organization.

Your responsibilities

  • IT Service Desk: You’ll be the first point of contact for our internal employee help-desk and drive resolving & escalating requests across our global team of 30+ nationalities
  • Self-Service Enablement: You’ll foster and maintain our Self-Service Helpdesk culture with documentation, and be creative in developing and sharing SaaS knowledge across the company to enable our workforce to be productive
  • Hardware and Software On/Off-boarding: You’ll run the processes that make sure that all employees and contractors have what they need during their entire journey at Beekeeper, from issuing to maintaining to decommissioning their hard- and software
  • Asset Inventory: You’ll manage and keep our internal hardware & SaaS inventory up to date, ensuring all access is documented and there is enough hardware available in stock
  • Identity & Access Management: You’ll be supporting key access management processes like User Access Reviews, identity management or identifying and monitoring of suspicious behaviours 
  • Automation and continuous improvement: We want you to look for opportunities to automate processes across the our SaaS landscape to decrease the amount of Helpdesk tickets or improve ticket resolution times and processes together with the team

What we look for in you

  • Quick learner eager to master new workplace and SaaS technologies
  • Previous experience with ticketing systems, ideally 1+ year
  • Strong communication in English and problem solving skills
  • Professional experience and/or background in IT support
  • Outgoing, customer-oriented professional 
  • Passionate about all things automation
  • Enjoy working with people in a cross-functional environment
  • Can do attitude and a strong sense of ownership

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Google Apps Script (Javascript) or any other scripting language
  • Experience with Apple or Windows device management platforms
  • Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Polish and/or German language knowledge is a plus
  • Educational background in technical related degree
