He/she will support the commercial, legal, and administrative departments.As the interface and the support for different services, the Sales Assistant Apprentice will have a good understanding of the internal processes, excelling at organizing and prioritizing. You should be a quick learner with good communication skills. Working in the commercial department is a challenge, as each day will be different, and we are expecting someone who will work on resolving multiple tasks.The position is located in Paris, but the candidate must be fluent in English since the Sales team is located worldwide.Main responsibilitiesAdmin tasks    Follow the Sales activities with the accounting department (expenses report, holidays report)    Manage the internal documents process with the Legal department    Manage the commercial department agenda which can be complex    Set up customer appointments for the Sales team, especially for the directors Commercial tasks    Manage the internal Sales process with the Financial department    Manage the customer inquiries and requests (determine if it is relevant enough to be assigned or escalated)    Organize internal trainings and events and be the point of reference for the Sales team    Meet all the Sales team’s various needs Preferred experienceRequired Skills    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in Administrative or Commercial management.    Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills.    Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic, initiative and keen attention to detail.    High level of integrity and a strong commitment to building a successful company.    Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.    A proven taste and attraction for technologies (electronics, mobiles, Internet…).    Adept computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.    Candidates should be perfectly fluent in English (oral and written), other languages are a plus.
