About the role
 
Within the Talent Development team and directly reporting to the Global Engagement Manager, Aircall is looking for an Internal Communications Specialist with a keen interest in employee engagement, content strategy, and internal marketing.

This position will be based in Paris and open to hybrid working. 

Your mission @Aircall :

      • Employee engagement is one of the strategic drivers for our growth, and effective internal communications have a key role to play. To achieve our mission, we’re looking for an outstanding professional to contribute to and implement the companywide internal communications strategies and initiatives that actively engage audiences. It will include: 
 
      • Harnessing the power of the voice of the employees:
      • Carry out our feedback strategy to better understand employees’ needs and take the relevant steps to drive real change e.g. run internal surveys, prepare reports, regularly communicate key findings, etc. 
 
      • Suggesting and implementing initiatives to improve internal communications efficiency and effectiveness: 
      • Drive adoption of company projects by rolling out creative and compelling internal marketing campaigns with the relevant stakeholders;
      • Launch initiatives to improve internal communications across the organisation by reducing information overload e.g. weekly digest Slack newsletters.
      • Improve and coordinate our internal communications rituals to enhance the impact of the messages, e.g. manage the agenda, brief the speakers, support messaging and storytelling, etc. 
 
      • Highlighting our culture: 
      • Develop our current employer brand e.g. coordinate the creation of new visual materials with graphic designers;
      • Highlight our culture through internal and external employer branding initiatives e.g. culture book, employees testimonials, etc.
 
      • Overall and most importantly, your creativity and understanding of our challenges will allow you to imagine and propose many communication concepts and tactics to meet our internal communication strategy.
 

A little more about you :

      • You have around 3 years of experience in Communications or Marketing
      • Excellent standard of written and spoken English as well as great copywriting skills (all verbal and written comms are in English)
      • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize
      • Strong interpersonal skills and you enjoy working in a very dynamic, international environment
      • A creative force, mature and very autonomous

      • Agate, our Global Engagement Manager, joined Aircall in 2021 and leads many founding projects to foster employee engagement. She brought a strong background in high-profile, consumer-facing companies in the entertainment industry. She cares a lot about creating a safe working environment, with trust, empathy, and development at the core. Agate is all about consistency and staying true to our company values. For her, it’s all about helping Aircall do the right thing and do things right.
