Regional Marketing Manager (Germany)

As a Regional Marketing Manager for the German market you will manage Beekeeper’s regional marketing programs within Germany. You will help build awareness, engagement, and consideration with our target audience in this region, and you will own the pipeline target for Germany. 

You will develop field marketing strategies and manage their execution, alongside your colleagues and agencies. The programs you will oversee include everything from sponsored events, hosted events, webinars, direct mail, and digital programs. You’ll also oversee our PR agency and manage all PR requests for Germany. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, possess a strong willingness to amplify the brand, enjoy collaborating with the local sales team, and be able to measure marketing performance against pipeline goals and sales targets.

Your Responsibilities

  • Work with marketing colleagues, agencies, and regional sales leaders to plan, execute and track quarterly marketing plans.
  • Plan, execute and measure the impact of 3rd party events and trade show sponsorships as well as Beekeeper-hosted events.
  • Help define and execute account-based marketing campaigns in alignment with the sales and global digital marketing teams.
  • Full ownership of the regional pipeline and budget 
  • Manage and report on KPI’s against the quarterly territory budget.
  • Collaborate with the partner team and leverage co-marketing possibilities 
  • Create and foster relationships with local associations, strategic partners, analysts and industry experts
  • Work closely with the local content team to create, localise and adapt global initiatives to satisfy regional needs and also plan executive-level thought leadership campaigns.
  • Work with our local PR agency and communications team to build industry relationships through dedicated marketing initiatives like sponsorships, content partnerships etc.
  • Utilise systems and tools such as SFDC, Hubspot and Google Analytics to analyse pipeline and opportunity data.
  • Manage and report on KPI’s against the quarterly territory budget.
  • Travel (approx. 10%) within Germany to support any marketing activities, like events or meetings.

What we look for in you

  • German native speaker and resident in Germany
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business discipline
  • 4+ years experience working in field marketing or related marketing field
  • Strong experience planning and overseeing events
  • Knowledge of and experience with account based marketing
  • Excellent organization, writing skills and time management
  • Effective communication skills: both written and presentation formats
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, self-motivated, driven to exceed target, good eye for detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment 
  • Conversion and ROI-oriented mindset
  • B2B SaaS experience

  • Great presentation skills: you’re naturally persuasive and know how to formulate a winning pitch. You communicate concisely, and reject jargon in favor of clarity.
