For our Sales Team, with the aim of supporting our growth at international level, we are looking for a Sales Field Manager.

 

Your Mission:

  • Develop new business in coordination with Group Chief Revenues Officer, according to pre-defined objectives;
  • Define and adapt Sales processes for the Local Market;
  • Provide training and technical support to local clients and partners;
  • Support the Marketing Team in the definition of the Local Marketing Plan;
  • Support the Product Team in defining the necessary steps to adapt the xFarm solution;

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • Commercial background
  • Excellent Knowledge of the Turkish and English language
  • Predisposition to problem solving and empathy towards the customer
  • Autonomy and ability to organize your own work day
  • Willingness to use tools for work organization
  • Familiarity with Office365 package

 

Represents a plus:

  • Experience selling digital and smart farming products
  • Experience on other agronomy management platforms
  • Experience in the agribusiness sector
  • Solid knowledge of extra languages
