In this role you will lead the product effort for our sales intelligence web functionality. These are pivotal aspects of our sales platform that serves as the foundational layer of sales intelligence functionality.

 

What You Will Do

  • Dive deep into our Cognism Sales Intelligence web app consisting of our Prospector, Lists, and Enhance modules owning the product outcomes while partnering directly with our design and engineering teams.
  • Deliver a highly compelling product that address our customers’ and users’ needs.
  • Align your product vision and roadmap with Cognism’s overall business goals, KPIs, and reporting structures to make sure your work can drive an impact.
  • Create and own roadmap and strategy for your product area while working with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and overall goals.
  • Research competition and market trends and propose roadmap trade-offs between parity and innovation.
  • Build relationships with customers; build empathy for customer’s processes and objectives.
  • Develop opportunity assessments to vet, validate, and prioritize the roadmap.
  • Drive requirements gathering and clearly and consistently define complex product functionality for your team.
  • Decompose complex use cases and technical requirements into smaller manageable stories by creating and prioritizing a backlog with your engineering team.
  • Assess roadmap / backlog trade-offs, make recommendations informed by stakeholder and technical constraints, and deliver innovation with this in mind.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in software product management, preferably in a B2B environment
  • 2-3 Years experience with a SaaS delivery model is a must-have, in either B2B or B2C environments
  • Strong experience in delivering an intuitive, workflow based software product.
  • PLG product experience is highly desired.
  • Experience in bringing creative ideas and proposals to development teams and executives supported by qualitative justification and quantitative analysis
  • Experience working closely with customers on product implementations
  • Represent our company and team with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in management, business, computer science or other equivalent.
  • Experience in Sales Intelligence or Sales Automation is a big plus!
