Product Growth Manager
As a Product Growth Manager at Beekeeper, you will play a critical role in driving company growth by working with cross-functional product development teams to implement Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies. By applying state of the art growth frameworks, your goal is to create an impact by conducting experiments along the entire user journey and funnel. Together with the product teams, you identify new growth levers and deliver solutions that achieve business goals and improve the product experience of 600K+ frontline workers. For this position, you can work wherever you work best - in our office in Krakow, hybrid, or fully remote (Poland).
Your Responsibilities
- As part of the product growth team and reporting to the Head of Growth, you collaborate with the product teams to create and implement viral growth loops that improve user journeys and drive acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
- Advise product teams to successfully apply iteration and serial experimentation, design experiments, interpret results, extract actionable insights, and capitalize on learnings at a high pace
- Take a strong data-driven approach to measure success and define meaningful KPIs for product improvements and experiments
- Design in-product messages to guide users and increase the breadth of product usage
- Effectively communicate learnings to key stakeholders by leveraging appropriate levels of detail and evangelize a growth and impact-focused approach throughout the organization

- Proven track record of professional experience in growth, product management, innovation or related functions
- Experience with the newest state of the art growth frameworks and how to apply them practically in your day-to-day work as well as the strategic planning
- You have a customer-centric mindset and are motivated to create a product that customers love and creates sustainable growth
- You have high attention to detail and take a scientific, data-focused approach and leverage targeted experiments to answer relevant business questions and find successful product-led solutions
- You bring strong verbal and written communication skills that allow you to convey insights clearly and concisely and with the right level of detail
- You proactively connect with other functions like product marketing, sales, and customer success to create a cohesive product experience
- Impact-focused and get stuff done mentality
- Be a growth evangelist, live the growth mindset and stay up to date with latest growth trends
- Fluent in English
Bonus points
- Working experience in a technology or SaaS company
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX designers, engineers, and analysts
- Experience in data analytics or data science
- Good level of practical knowledge working with Pendo, Figma
