HR Business Partner (C&B)

We are actively seeking an HR Business Partner (C&B) based in our offices in St-Sulpice (Switzerland)

 

Role

  • Provide HR corporate support taking into consideration local laws and multiculturalism
  • Own Option/Share Management system and work closely with Finance for the follow-up and maintenance, including audits preparation and attendance, pre and post IPO, share transactions, administrative management of Shareholders Assembly
  • Back up for end-to-end payroll process done by an external payroll provider in Switzerland & Denmark to ensure timely remittance for employees every month
  • Focal Point for external and internal audits (third-party, AVS, tax, sox compliance) and ensure control files are approved quarterly
  • Assessing benefit reviews for all locations in line with work culture and organisational objectives
  • Participate in salary and labour market reviews
  • Support a variety of operational Human Resources services including recruitment, employment related administration, compensation, performance review, benefit administration, policies & procedures
  • Company representative in HR circles

 

Experience & Skills

  • At least 5 years of experience in C&B or HR position in an international environment
  • Strong analytical mind and comfortable working with numbers and large volumes of data
  • Ability to package complex issues into well-organized and easy to understand communication material
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask with good level of initiative and motivation
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to effectively communicate in a multicultural environment and, provide a high level of service to all levels and build strong collaboration within the organisation
  • Familiarity with various incentive and benefit plans
  • Ability to work as part of a close European HR team
  • In-depth knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communicator in both French and English, spoken and written
  • Good with HRIS platforms

 

Education

  • Brevet Fédéral of HR Specialist or equivalent
