Meet Bernard, Our New Platform Team member

Bernard has built an impactful career at the intersection of technology, innovation, and business development. Starting as a software developer, he joined Autodesk as an IT specialist at their European headquarters, rapidly progressing to manage global IT projects at Autodesk’s California headquarters.

Returning to Switzerland, Bernard successfully led a complex IT outsourcing initiative for a major pharmaceutical firm. Leveraging his talent for overcoming technical and strategic challenges, he transitioned to BT Global Services, driving significant growth with key clients in the food and beverage sector.

In his 15-year tenure at Swisscom, Bernard held senior leadership roles, including Head of Consulting and Head of Account Technology Advisors, where he developed customer-centric, value-driven solutions for corporate clients.

Currently, as a key member of the Platform team at Swisscom Ventures, Bernard empowers portfolio companies to accelerate their growth through strategic guidance, operational insight, and opening doors to potential customers.

Beyond his professional achievements, Bernard is an avid sports enthusiast, passionate traveler, and dedicated hiker who appreciates great food and exploring new cultures. His ability to blend visionary strategy with practical execution makes him an invaluable asset to any team.
