Jennifer is an Investment Director with Swisscom Ventures since 2021 focusing on deeptech and enterprise enablement investments globally. Jennifer’s investments combine deep technology, scalability and impact.

Previously Jen spent five years with growth and impact investor, Lightrock, in London, where she helped to build Lightrock’s investment strategy and track record, including investments in B2B SaaS, sustainability, healthcare, and education. She began her career at Monitor Deloitte strategy consulting in London supporting clients in many industries including media, private equity and pharma.

Jen has more than 14 years’ experience advising founders, CEOs and senior leaders and more than 10 years’ experience investing.  During this time she has served on multiple boards including Pexapark, Viboo and Daphne Technology in energy transition, Xfarm in Agtech and Medimaps and Togetherall in digital health among others.

Jen holds an MA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Oxford University and an EMBA from EPFL in Switzerland, with further education from Cambridge’s Institute for Sustainability Leadership.

Jen is driven to support founders on unique personal journeys, building category defining companies, addressing unmet needs.

On a personal note: Jen lives between Geneva and Verbier in a bilingual household and dedicates much of her time outside work to her young children. She enjoys the outdoors – skiing, hiking and wake-boarding as well as nutrition and pilates. She also likes to sing and was a founding member of SING! Geneva.
