Subject Matter Expert - Fraud Prevention

We are looking for an experienced and talented Subject Matter Expert – Fraud Prevention (SME) to work closely with our European Regional Sales team.

As an expert in payment and fraud, you will support the entire sales process by owning the functional and technical relationship with prospects and clients, when greater business depth is required. You will perform workshops, demos and address clients’ requirements with our high-end technology solution. You will be managing Proof of Concepts as well as RPF and RFI processes in strong collaboration with our delivery and technical teams.

You will be in a position to develop a strong understanding and expertise on Artificial Intelligence for fraud fighting and be instrumental to develop NetGuardians a market leader in this domain, and develop a crucial link between the market and our R&D team to provide relevant feedback on the market trends with the aim to continuously innovate our innovative solution.

Your profile

• MSc in Computer Science, IT Engineer or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in banking / payment industry
• Knowledge in operational risk
• Knowledge in cyber-crime & payment fraud
• French, German and English mandatory
• High consultative skills with great communication and presentation skills
• Excellent ability to communicate and work with clients from C-level down
• Self-starter with high organizational skills, able to deliver high-quality
• Willingness to travel in the EU region in support of sales executives (50%)
