Growth Operations Analyst

The Growth Operations Analyst will work with the Sales & Marketing management team to support sales planning & analysis. In this newly created role, the team will look to the Growth Ops Analyst to help establish/streamline policies and procedures throughout the department, support best practices in sales forecasting, reporting, and communications, as well as support day to day sales enablement functions (SFDC, Pardot). As the Growth Ops Analyst, your responsibilities would include data analysis, reporting, market research, competitive analysis, planning, and sales process optimization. Ideal candidates will have Business Analysis experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and fun environment. This position will be based out of our Somerville, MA office.Job Profile    Track and analyze key metrics – pipeline growth, quota attainment.      Collect, consolidate and generate weekly sales forecasts (month and quarter focus) and roll up each week’s numbers to Sales Management.      Maintains day to day integration between SFDC and Pardot for maximum efficiency    Maintains lead flow:  sales rep tasking, cadences, workflows as directed by Marketing team     Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and external intelligence essential to the sales organization.     Compile key pieces of information related to performance against sales objectives to be reviewed by Management and report approved plans to Finance for processing.      Proactively analyzes win-loss data and reports on key findings to sales leadership.      Develop presentations that analyze sales and marketing activities and achievements from SalesForce.com or similar SFA applications.      Reporting and analysis for the Sales and Marketing departments, including: executive reporting of sales and marketing results, key metrics and KPIs, campaign tracking and analysis, and ad hoc strategic analysis.      Implements and manages reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com ensuring sales reps and leaders have access to key data required to successfully manage the business.     Executes lead and contact assignments based on geography and vertical based on territory assignments    Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.Desired Experience:2-4 years in a SaaS environment supporting Sales and Marketing teamsTechnical Experience:Salesforce, Pardot (or similar marketing automation tool), GSuiteFor more information on our company vision to empower the next generation of scientists to change the world, please see our founder's TED talk here or a recent interview on our rollout to +2 million students in California.
