Senior Content QA (Bali, Indonesia)

The Opportunity We are looking for a talented SQA to join our team as Content QA. By taking this role, you will collaborate closely with our Content circle which includes our scientific master, developer, and art team who creates engaging and innovative solutions that will significantly improve science education. Your main accountability would be testing our simulations based on our quality standard before approving internal release. NOTE: This position has a permanent contract and the preferred start date is ASAP in Q1 2021, Bali office location. Even though this role will be fully remote in the first months, the selected candidate will have the chance to relocate to Bali, Indonesia, once that will be possible given the current conjuncture. Responsibilities:    Performing excellent testing execution of our simulations based on our testing strategy.    Proactively in giving feedback/recommendations on functionality, non-functionality, and user experience of our simulations.    Preparing and/or administering the detailed test plan and test cases to support testing execution.    Planning testing schedules and/or strategies in accordance with the testing scope and delivery dates.    Collaborating well with all stakeholders by performing great communication and task management.    Establishing and nurturing continuous improvement of scalable testing strategy, tools, and processes.     Contributing to the improvement of our automatic testing tool.Competencies:    Professional experience in software testing (min. 5 years).    Applied knowledge of best practices in test framework and test case design i.e. creating test plan and test cases, etc.     Solid understanding of bug life cycle and reporting.     High attention to detail and willingness to do repeatable action refer to game-testing.     Experience in automation testing and non-functional test.     Experience working in an Agile (Scrum and/or Kanban) development environment.     Experience in establishing testing best practices/strategies.    Passion for user experience and game design.     Ability to work independently, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced team environment.    Fluent in written and spoken English.
