Our products are used by over a thousand healthcare institutions globally and provide world leading capabilities for the analysis of genomic, clinical, and imaging data.As a Treasury Expert, you will join the Treasury team and report directly to the Head of Treasury.You will play an important role in supporting the global company strategy through bringing forward thinking ideas and solutions, establishing and improving relationships, designing and implementing best practices, processes and technology to support growth and meet key goals and objectives. You will provide accountability and change management responsibilities as the Company expands its structure and will be an active participant in the development and execution of the company Treasury operations and strategy.In particular, you will be involved in the following tasks::    Cash management with cash positioning and flows approval, liquidity management    Forecast worldwide Cash, interest expense and income    Support Head of Treasury with designing and lead implementation of cash flow forecasting processes and financial risk management solutions    Monitor FX risk positions, develop/improve FX exposure reporting analytics, reconcile FX gain/loss and provide explanation for market drivers    Evaluate and propose solutions/improvements to further identify and mitigate FX risk    Central focal point for corporate FX rate updates & reporting    Oversee the company-wide credit card program    Design and monitor treasury management reports    Review interest and bank fees for accuracy    Oversee bank account documentation, track, update bank signatories, perform e-banking user rights and KYC reviews    Support the external and internal audit process and the month-end closing activities    Ensure compliance of operations with group Treasury policies and regulations    Monitor and improve existing treasury risk controls    Review and implement enhancements to current processes and procedures for continuous improvements and efficienciesRequirements    University Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field    Minimum 5 years treasury experience in a multinational company (including US) and fast-paced business environmentwith proven track record of participating in treasury projects    Knowledge of Cash and FX Risk Management as well as Accounting (treasury) concepts (IFRS/GAAP)    Knowledge of an ERP is an asset (MD365 ideally); Advance knowledge of Excel    Strong ownership skills and ability to independently drive initiatives    Ready to work in an informal but demanding environment of geographically spread team members    Self-starter and team player who can problem solve and manage projects in a dynamic work environment    Strong analytical and interpersonal skills - written and oral communication skills with ability to interact cross-functionally and with colleagues at all levels of the organization    Well-organized and detail-oriented with ability to prioritize and to multitask and manage conflicting/competing priorities    A critical thinker who can seek innovative solutions, flexible, eager to learn with a “can-do” attitude    Fluency in EnglishBenefits    A flexible and friendly working environment with a collaborative atmosphere    Fantastic office locations in Switzerland    An exciting company mission that brings together science and technology to directly impact the lives of patients with life threatening illness.    A fast-growing company with plenty of opportunity for personal growth and developmentStart: ASAP (or as agreed).Contract type:  Permanent full-timeApplication processIf you think you fit this position, please send a CV and a cover letter.
