As a Marketing Manager at Avrios, your primary goals will be:
  • Help drive revenue through the marketing funnel
  • Deliver high-impact engaging content that captures the attention of our target audience.
  • Support all areas of marketing and be ready to roll your sleeves up and get your hands dirty. Learning fast and acting quickly. 
 Who we are looking for:
  • Content Creation: Passion to produce impactful and creative content that engages users throughout the funnel. Writing copy and working with the in-house designer to execute. The ability to think customer first. What is the desired outcome? How can we engage their logic and emotions?
  • Social media: understand how to get engagement from the audience, stand out from the crowd. Feel comfortable with crafting and posting.
  • Strong email marketing experience, including nurture and funnels
  • Daily inbound lead generation
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external resources to ensure inbound lead generation activities are highly effective and deliver against the target.
  • Bring ideas for new opportunities
  • Understand personas and appropriate media
  • Deliver to meet deadlines
  • Track and monitor progress of projects
 Organizational Relationships:
  • You report directly to our Senior Marketing Manager
  • You work in conjunction with peers and cross-functionally at all levels of the business (eg. Product, Sales, CS)
 What you bring:
  • Fluent German (native) and English (company language)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a marketing environment with a focus on content creation / SEO
  • Plus: Experience in a product-led Software-as-a-Service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced company with lots of change
  • Experienced in using sales CRM, Marketing Automation, social platforms, and web CMS tools
  • Creative and bold mindset
