Key Account Manager Belgium (Dutch-speaking)

Your role

We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Key Account Manager Belgium who’s ready to jump into multiple aspects of a startup. You will join a fast growing and international team, and work directly with the VP Sales to help us launch and grow our activity in Belgium. You are at the centre of our sales team and your input and work is crucial for the day-to-day operations.

Your daily bread

  • You identify new sales targets and map stakeholders.
  • You effectively initiate sales talks, qualify your leads, negotiate and close deals.
  • You build a deep sales pipeline and keep it predictable.
  • You stay abreast of the market and the upcoming opportunities it brings.
  • You collaborate with the product, marketing and technology teams.
  • You represent the company at conferences and events.

Requirements

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience and great track record as a B2B Sales Executive in sourcing, closing and growing accounts of various sizes. International experience is a plus.
  • Ideally you have experience in the real estate sector and a network of potential partners in Belgium.
  • You are a natural born hustler, you love interacting with people, enjoy picking up the phone, writing e-mails, carrying out video chats or holding personal meetings.
  • You are an independent worker, are self-driven and motivated by getting things done.
  • Have a great command of Dutch and English. French is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
  • Curiosity for the startup & tech environment, passion, ambition.
